STUDENT SERVICES

STUDENT SERVICES

Student Services encompasses a range of programs and supports designed to help every student succeed and benefit from their school experience. These services support all students, including those facing typical developmental challenges. Supports include special education services for students ages 3–21, school counseling services, school psychological services and health services.

SCHOOL COUNSELING

The Wrightstown Community School District School Counseling Program supports students in grades 4K–12 as an essential part of the district’s educational mission. The program is proactive and preventive, working in partnership with staff and families to support student learning and success. School counseling services help students build academic skills, develop self-awareness and positive relationships, explore career interests, strengthen employment readiness, and acquire essential life skills. Through this comprehensive approach, the program supports the academic, social-emotional, and career development of all students.

HEALTH SERVICES

The Wrightstown Community School District provides comprehensive school health services to support student well-being. Services include emergency first aid, administration of prescription medications, preventive care and health education, and daily support for students with chronic health conditions. Health Aides are available in each school building to provide direct student care. They work closely with building administrative assistants to support student health needs, medication administration, and daily care. The district also partners with Bellin to provide nursing services oversight, staff training, and additional health support.
