2025-26 WMS Athletic Registration is NOW OPEN!

 

Please read as our process for Athletic Registration has changed!

If your child plans on participating in any Wrightstown Middle School athletics offered during the school year, you will need to register them by submitting this google form for EACH CHILD who will be participating in WMS athletics.

With fall sports fast approaching, please have your registration completed as soon as possible. Your registration will allow the coaches to contact you. Without registration, your son/daughter will not be allowed to participate. 

Physicals:  Students registering for athletics must have a current physical on file before the student is authorized to participate in tryouts/practice. Please upload your child's current physical form in the google form, or email it to baerenwald@wrightstown.k12.wi.us.

Bellin FastCare locations in Green Bay are currently offering sports physical walk ups for $20. Please bring the sports physical form to be completed by the doctor. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded to this account no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.  A physical exam taken April 1 and after is valid for the following 2 school years; a physical exam taken before April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school year.
