If you have a balance between $0.01 and $5.00 you will get a courtesy call informing you that your balance is getting low.
If you have a balance between $-10.00 and $0.00 you will get a call warning you that we will not be able to serve your child once the balance falls below $-10.00.
If your balance has fallen below $-10.00, you will receive a call informing you that your child can no longer make any purchases on the family account.
The system will be calling out on Monday through Thursday beginning at 4:30 p.m. All balances are updated as of 12:00 a.m. the night before the system calls.
